Refund Policy
At Reve Jewels, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If you find yourself in this situation, we are here to help.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 days of receipt. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Accessories such as certificates, and receipts, must also be returned with the product.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as
* custom-made pieces and products purchased on sale. These items are identified on the product page and during the checkout process.
* We also do not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Process for Returns
Contact Us: Before you return the product, please contact our customer service team at [info@revejewels.com] to initiate the return. You will be provided with return instructions and a return shipping label.
Prepare the Package:
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product.
Ship the Item:
Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box and send it back to us. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
